Return and refund policy

Paid downloads and live sessions receive the same careful documentation as our editorial pages. This policy spells out cooling-off rights, how we handle imperfect files, and the fastest way to reach finance if something misfires.

EU and UK consumer withdrawal

Consumers ordinarily have fourteen days to change their mind about distance contracts. For digital content, the right may end once you begin downloading or streaming after giving prior consent and acknowledging the loss of withdrawal. We surface that acknowledgement beside the download button in clear language. If we fail to provide the mandatory information about withdrawal, your fourteen-day window may extend to twelve months under applicable law; we train staff to avoid that scenario.

Faulty or misdescribed digital goods

If a file is corrupted, truncated, or materially different from the product page, notify us within seven days of discovery. We will supply a replacement link, issue a patch, or refund the purchase to the original payment method. Keep a copy of error messages to speed troubleshooting.

Live sessions and workshops

Cancellations received forty-eight hours or more before the scheduled start receive a full refund or optional credit. Cancellations inside forty-eight hours may receive a fifty percent credit toward a rescheduled slot because we block calendars and prepare materials in advance. If we cancel due to illness or force majeure, you may choose a full refund or priority booking for the next cohort.

Corporate and team licences

Multi-seat licences may include custom onboarding. Refunds follow the statement of work: typically a thirty-day remedy period for delivery defects before a pro-rata refund applies to unused seats.

How to request a refund

Email ask@frozenonthron.world with the order number, purchase date, payment method tail digits, and a short explanation. We acknowledge within three business days. Approved refunds return through the original processor within fourteen business days unless banks impose longer settlement cycles.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can trace the payment ID. Friendly resolutions protect your account history. Repeated chargebacks after delivery may lead to declined future purchases.

Promotional pricing

Limited-time discounts cannot be back-applied to earlier orders. Bundle refunds void any bundle discount and may be recalculated at standard unit prices for items you retain.

Tax invoices and bookkeeping

We issue compliant VAT invoices on request. Refunds generate credit notes that mirror the original tax treatment.

Non-transferability

Licences are personal or organisational as stated at purchase. Reselling access keys without permission breaches the terms of use and voids refund eligibility.

Local consumer protections

Mandatory rights in your country of residence prevail over any clause here that would weaken them. Irish consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform; we are open to good-faith mediation.
